I wanted to share with you today about how you will look at your business differently using the 3 Vital Questions and TED* frameworks. The 3 Vital Questions is the work that I deliver here in Australia as a facilitator.
Back in 2011, I attended Business Mastery with Tony Robbins in Fiji, with 80 other companies. It was the most powerful business experience that I’d had. I was a self-starter and to me, the work I did with Tony, that was me bringing me fully to the table of the business.
Whether it be about business or about your life, no matter what your vision, dream, goal or desired outcome is, which is your 1st most important issue we’d discuss in coaching, the 2nd most important area we focus on alongside that is, getting honest with your current situation, also referred to as your reality.
I wanted to focus today on the 3 Mandates of Leadership. The 3 Mandates of Leadership was something I learned from Tony Robbins in 2011.
In creating a Vision for 12-months, I wrote that down as one of my 5 Life Changes for 2022. A personal aspiration that held promise.
