We offer emotional support, resources, and a safe community environment.

How do I access your online training materials?

Enrolled clients receive links to access materials via our learning platform. The 3 Vital Questions learning is offered at a discounted rate through Susan’s trainer licence and you will have lifetime access to that once signed up. Speak with Susan to order however many licences you require. Looking for more than one licence? Susan will give you a group discount as well!

What is the structure of the 3 Vital Questions Training Program?

It involves self-paced learning and interactive live sessions reframing challenges into opportunities. Look at the Levels of Programs available on the Workplace Empowerment page.

Can I access recordings of previous facilitated sessions?

Whilst Susan records for her own purposes, the session recordings are not made available. She chooses to do this with respect to confidentiality and vulnerability in the safe capsule Susan creates for participants.

Do you provide ongoing support after the program ends?

Ongoing support is available to ensure sustained growth and application. See the MasterMind Alliance on the Workplace Empowerment page. Once registered as a 3VQ learning participant, you will also have access to Susan’s ‘Let’s TED* Together’ drop-in discussions on the Center for The Empowerment Dynamic community platform.
