I don’t believe in quick fixes in areas of important change in our lives. I do believe it is integral that we do the work of coaching with NLP, reframing any unhelpful language to the positive outcomes you are seeking, and checking in on any lingering limiting beliefs, before we do the hypnosis session itself.
As a relative newcomer to the coaching industry since 2017, ie. 5 years ago now, I joined the International Coaching Federation and, like them, believe that accountability is important. That the future of the industry will be led by coaches who may be held to a higher standard, must produce real, measurable results and use practical skills in coaching clients.
As you go to walk up the stairs to the gym, there’s a sign: “one of the hardest parts is to turn up”. I smile every time I pass it by, because I’ve done that bit… I’ve turned up!
