We offer workplace empowerment facilitated programs, self-leadership coaching, personal empowerment workshops, mentorship, speaking and more.
Yes, we offer our services to clients worldwide through online sessions. Susan is Australia’s first certified facilitator of the 3 Vital Questions with The Center for The Empowerment Dynamic. She collaborates with peer trainers and coaches from within that community to co-facilitate internationally.
The Power of TED* is a best-selling book by author David Emerald, co-founder of The Center for The Empowerment Dynamic. The TED* triangle of roles shifts us from living in the Dreaded Drama Triangle (*DDT) default roles we all go to in times of stress.
We utilise TED* (*The Empowerment Dynamic) and the 3 Vital Questions (3VQ) approach. Leaders and their people learn how to drastically transform their everyday workplace drama into resourceful, resilient, and innovative relationships. This improves organisational outcomes, team engagement, productivity, and profitability. By using these frameworks, clients will learn to catch themselves sooner in their reactive drama and communicate in new and empowering ways.
Self-leadership coaching is leadership development from the inside out. This could be for you if you struggle with inner conflict, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, people-pleasing, or an over-chatty inner critic. Susan will guide you to tap into the real you and connect you with what’s really important in life and work. As you come to recognise your unique strengths, replace limiting beliefs with empowered beliefs, these will be aligned to your leadership role and vision. Susan’s coaching helps people become self-aware of their authenticity as well as equips them with the tools to strengthen their teams.
Great question. No, it is not only for business leaders. It is designed for any person to improve their self-awareness and create the clarity they need to inspire positive action. It is a process of guiding your growth and development, particularly through periods of transition, in both professional and personal realms.
Self-awareness, self-regulation, self-reflection and self-motivation are core to self-leadership.
If you’re looking to enhance personal accountability and leadership skills, it’s suitable.
Careers today don’t always follow a linear path, and the world of work is often fraught with uncertainties. This increases the need for everyone – regardless of age and experience – to take a step back and ask themselves some powerful questions to make progress on their career paths. For those looking to develop a growth mindset, navigate obstacles or move in a new direction, self-leadership coaching can serve as an additional resource, provided that you start from a place of seeing yourself as a work-in-progress.

Programs typically last a minimum of three months, however the better and most sustainable choice would be to select six months, and up to one year.
Our conversations are intended to inspire new thinking, perceptions and behaviour to improve performance, create clarity, achieve personal and professional goals, and enhance the quality of your life. You will be asked powerful questions, assigned individualised homework, and guided through proprietary exercises and processes, and we often evaluate individualised metrics to help each client tap into their unique potential. Our process is invigorating; our clients will begin to find clarity, change their mood states, and take powerful new actions in multiple areas of their lives as soon as the first session.
We will meet via Zoom video/audio or by phone for 60 minutes once a week or every two weeks. Coaching does not always need to be on video. Susan found the benefit of having quiet personal space with just audio was powerful in her own experience with a coach in the past.
Meeting once a week or fortnightly allows time for reflection and self-observation between sessions, as well as time to apply what you have learned whilst maintaining the momentum of our work together.
Success stories are available on our website testimonial carousels on most pages.
