How would you amplify your self-confidence, self-belief and self-trust x 5 in 2022?
In creating a Vision for 12-months, I wrote that down as one of my 5 Life Changes for 2022. A personal aspiration that held promise. I could have chosen to perceive it as going to be a hard thing to achieve; or because it was something that aligns with my values and where I’m heading, and will contribute to my solid base from which to live and serve from, it made me begin to wonder and list out small ways I could make it a reality.
Self-Confidence, Self-Belief and Self-Trust are all individual items. Each something that can be built towards by taking baby step kind of actions a few minutes or an hour at a time.
Is it something that appeals to you as well? Does it sound easy or difficult to do?
Either way, where are you putting your focus on contemplating it as a possibility?
To me it taps into the creator and not the victim mindset, at least visualising how that outcome being achieved would make me feel.
