Have you heard of Disconsos?

The six-week ELEVATE personal coaching program I have for you begins with a Life Map exercise.

“Life Map?”

That might sound to you like something you could easily ‘whip out’:

“I was born, then I started preschool, then we moved interstate, then we…. and I started Uni, I fell in love, now I’m 30, 40, 50″… and so on and so forth.

I created this unique program to be a gentle experience, both special and felt at a heart-deep level.

In our 1:1 session in the first week, we would incorporate what Clarissa Pinkola Estes, author of “Women Who Run With The Wolves” describes as “doing Disconsos”.

Transforming Hearts as Well As Minds are key elements to this programs outline and desired outcomes.

You can see via my YouTube channel a short clip explaining the meaning and importance of Disconsos.

The Week 1 Session in ELEVATE is a life map exercise at a more transformational level than what you may have ever experienced before.

At the end of this first 1:1 session you will enjoy a simple stress reduction practice.

This lovely exercise, which is about being gentle with yourself, will link to the work you will go on to do in Week 3 – the mandalas of past-present-future.

What a lovely way to begin a journey to discover a more meaningful life.

Watch the videos describing the purpose of this exercise and please message me if you’d like to experience this 4-week ELEVATE course. The start date is about when you can start – are you ready now?

I’d be honoured to have you join me.

Take Care,

Susan
