Me, TED*® & The 3 Vital Questions® are coming to Facebook

On the 1st of May 2023, I am re-launching a new social media presence solely to share TED*® (*The Empowerment Dynamic) and the 3 Vital Questions® frameworks with like-minded people.

This post follows last week’s Post: I broke up with Facebook and Instagram in 2021.

Now that it’s 2023, I’ve got a growing personal results coaching practice. As Australia’s first 3 Vital Questions® and TED*® (*The Empowerment Dynamic) certified facilitator, I’m supporting people to change their relationships with themselves, those they love, and across entire organisations. The work I deliver focuses on how people think, interact and take action.

Since 2021 I have enjoyed bringing the 3 Vital Questions® and TED*® frameworks to Australia and also the Asia Pacific.

I love what I do and am passionate about facilitating ecourses, workshops and conversations that allow people to safely explore this new way of being and new language. Then I pause and smile, witnessing the magic of TED* and 3VQ enriching both their personal and workplace relationships.

My vision includes supporting people to release themselves from drama and find an empowering alternative way of operating in life and at work.

On the 1st of May 2023, I am re-launching a new social media presence solely to share TED*® (*The Empowerment) and the 3 Vital Questions® frameworks with curious, like-minded people.

Who is it for:

• People who struggle with drama, be it their own or other people’s issues.
• People who want to have a life and/or a workplace culture that is vision-inspired.
• People who have already or are willing to read or listen to David Emerald’s book, The Power of TED*, available here.
• If that’s you, my doors are open wide. I gladly welcome you to join me and will support you to become a change-maker in all your roles in work and life.

Content:

• The content is appropriate for any age.
• It’s for couples and families; boards of directors; executive teams, business owners, managers, teams and field staff. No matter what type, size or where geographic location your organisation is, if it employs or serves people, this work is for you.
• About children: as a 3VQ trainer, I belong to a global community of trainers. So many times, we’ve discussed how powerful this work would be to bring to school-aged children. It is a shared dream we all hope to realise someday.

What’s there:

• Content will be suitable for the visual learner.
• Easy to follow exercises.
• Interesting content about the dreaded drama triangle, TED* triangle and the 3 Vital Questions frameworks.
• Relatable stories.
• Within my Facebook business page there will be the opportunity to join my private Facebook mastermind group beginning in July 2023.
• Mastermind group members will receive discounted access to the eight-unit, self-directed 3VQ® ecourse.
• They will also have the option to sign up for monthly live facilitated discussions focused on TED*® and the 3 Vital Questions®. That will also begin in July 2023.

So, about Social Media and Me:

• I return to social media with a clear mind and purpose about what I’ll deliver on those platforms.
• I’m consciously choosing to manage social media and not let it manage me.
• I plan to grow a following by word-of-mouth, networks I’m a member of, as organically as possible. If you join me, you are welcome to spread the word.
• The content of posts will be meaningful, inspiring and practical.
• I need a new personal FB profile, but all my activity and connecting will be on the business page.

In terms of my earlier concerns (2021) about the impact of social media on people’s mental health and child safety, as per the earlier post:

• I believe that TED*® and 3VQ® will help people make better choices, empower them to set boundaries and become more present, be that to their children’s lives or otherwise.
• This work is easy to learn, and quickly you can shift from reacting to responding to life’s circumstances.

I promise you, this stuff is gold and it is life-changing.
