Enjoyment as a Core Value
Enjoyment – the first core value to share.
Enjoyment is such a simple one and it is just that – enjoying life.
Enjoyment is a core value that a 60+ year old client of mine chose in her top 5 core values.
Her list also included other yummy values to which she’s aligning her bigger goals to over the next 1, 3 and 10 years, and what she’d like to be remembered for as something she lived her life aligned to.
Some may think when asked what are your core values, that all core values are difficult to describe, like it’s a test.
Values such as ‘discipline, integrity, trustworthiness…’ feel like the right and safe ones to offer up.
Enjoyment is a lovely starting point for the week.
