Download My Free eBook on TED* and 3VQ for Managing Psychosocial Risk
In today’s rapidly changing business landscape, creating a workplace culture that is empowered, engaged, and resilient has never been more important. The challenges of managing psychosocial risks are real. These include stress, burnout, and interpersonal conflict. They must be addressed to foster a thriving, high-performing team.
In honour of the late David Emerald (1954-2025), co-founder of the Center for the Empowerment Dynamic, I have collated my recent 10-part blog series into one ebook.
David and I had been taking many baby steps towards co-creating a plan to bring his work to Asia Pacific for the past two years. A month ago, we were recording videos for marketing. He’d been passing on his expertise and tips for me to run Asia Pacific’s first time-friendly trainer certification in June 2025. David agreed that his TED* and 3VQ frameworks would easily support Australian business leaders. These frameworks navigate compliance with the Code of Practice for Psychosocial Risk Management.
David had read and shared each of the blogs in the series. Sadly, he passed away suddenly, yet thankfully peacefully, in April this year. His work will live on. The leadership team at the Center for the Empowerment Dynamic have agreed that it feels right to postpone the planned trainer certification. This gives everyone who loved and respected David time to remember his life and work. News on the revised dates will be shared on my LinkedIn profile and through the Center’s newsletter in due course.
The eBook is titled “Empowering Change in Workplace Culture: How TED* and 3VQ Transform Your Approach to Psychosocial Risk Management.“
In this ebook, I explore:
- The Code of Practice for Psychosocial Risk Management and how it can be more than just a compliance tool.
- How TED* and the 3VQ frameworks empower leaders to create healthier, more resilient work environments.
- Real-world case studies from organisations like Studio Movie Grill and Driversselect, showcasing the powerful impact of adopting TED* and 3VQ.
- Practical leadership questions that will help you assess the psychosocial risks in your own organisation and transform your workplace.
Whether you’re a small business owner, a team leader, or part of a larger organisation, this ebook provides you with actionable tools. These tools go beyond just managing problems. Instead, they focus on creating outcome-driven, people-centred solutions.

Sheri has been a pivotal supporter of my mission to bring TED* to Australian workplaces. Together, we’ve shared invaluable insights into how these frameworks can transform leadership and empower teams.
In this short series on my Coffee and Contemplation with Susan Dunlop podcast show, Sheri and I discuss:
- How TED* helped Sheri navigate complex workplace challenges.
- Practical stories of how TED* and 3VQ have been implemented successfully.
- The future of workplace culture and leadership in organisations that prioritise empowering their workforces.
