Section 3: Live Facilitated 2-Day Training Workshop for you and your team

This Live Facilitated Training is centred on the work that most businesses do not spend productive time on. It is training that addresses the Challenge of Change: the 3 Dimensions of Work©.
There are 3 Dimensions in play in any business.
When faced with challenges, most businesses focus on making changes in A or B Dimensions. They reorganise, redesign processes, or implement new systems. Many change efforts, and overcoming their challenges, fail because the business does not consciously engage in the work of the C Dimension.

The training I offer is all about that outermost circle: the C Dimension©. You will be exploring the patterns of how you think, interact and take actions on your biggest challenges.
This will create a much higher probability of sustaining change efforts over time.
The training is based on the framework developed in David Emerald’s 3 Vital Questions©: Transforming Workplace Drama. It is impactful, proven and original work, implemented across small to multinational organisations.
