Scheduling customer and patient appointment services. Assist with planning, administration and co-ordination for business meetings. Scheduling via Skype, Zoom or face-to-face meetings. Experienced in set-up of online scheduling program (Acuity) including accepting payment online (Stripe). Travel and flight management: Organise domestic and international travel. Organise accommodation, hire cars. Prepare travel itineraries.

Ensure insurance, WorkSafe, legal, financial compliance admin is in order annually. Quality Management and document control services: Develop, monitor and review business policies, standard operating procedures, work instructions, templates, document control register and records management system. I work in partnership with ISO Quality auditors and managers (contractors) who may be able to assist in establishment of systems, if accreditation is something your industry requires.

Event administration services: organise trade booths at industry conferences & trade expos for your business to attend. Book furniture and equipment hire. Liaise with expo organisers. Organise marketing inserts for delegate satchels. Organise couriers and transport. Experienced in WordPress website editing, SurveyMonkey, MailChimp and Hootesuite. Powerpoint for presentations. Design and print in-house brochures/newsletters and/or manage marketing briefs with PR and marketing consultants for web copy, photo shoots, press releases, launches and marketing material creation.

RECRUITMENT COORDINATION

Administration of recruitment documentation services for any size or type of business. Advertise on employment websites and in print media. Collate applications for short-listing. Co-ordinate interviews and manage interview documentation.

ACCOUNTS AND PAYROLL

We work in partnership with external bookkeeping services. Experienced in Xero and MYOB for all sizes of business. Accounts payable and receivables admin. Invoice and debtor statements. Debtor management and follow-up. Run payroll. Preparation for BAS, payment of payroll tax etc.
