What is a Virtual Office?
A Virtual Office is owned and operated by an independent contractor who provides administrative, transcription, operations management, recruitment and project coordination and event management support to entrepreneurs and businesses from a remote location. Using the latest technology, our Virtual Office services allow us to provide clients with business solutions, across flexible hours from our own office.
What Tools Do You Use?
Our team of experts are fully competent in all Microsoft Office modules, Olympus dictation, Outlook and Adobe, Google Apps, SurveyMonkey, MailChimp, WordPress and managing posts and responses on social media. The Service Contract will list in detail any technology in use and the external service accounts we may need to set-up for your business, to streamline our plan.
How Much Do You Charge?
Current as at 1 March 2021 and subject to change.
The type of work required determines the cost involved and is discussed at the initial and subsequent consultations.
Rates and Packages begin with:–
- A base hourly rate of $50 for a straight-forward ‘one-off’ job and general administrative tasks, eg. copy typing or document formatting.
- A slightly higher hourly rate of $55 will be charged for a more complex admin, advanced Word task or ‘one-off’ jobs.
- Projects, Business Operations and Event Management are calculated and a package rate quoted.
- Packs of Hours (5, 10 and *20 hrs per month) and Monthly Retainer Programs are available. *The 20 hrs is the most popular ‘set and forget’ admin pack. To discuss in Discovery Call.
What Are Your Payment Terms?
Invoice is issued and a deposit of 50% is required in advance either by direct deposit or by credit card.
Estimates can be provided for how long a task may take, but note that these are estimates. If the work takes less time or more time, the invoice will be for actual time, not the estimate. The balance of the invoice is to be paid within 7 days from completion of the job.
Hour packs and Projects etc are invoiced and payable prior to any work commencing.
Monthly Retainer programs are invoiced monthly in advance. Payment is required within 7 days of the date of the invoice.
Audio Transcription Services are invoiced for the hours worked payable within 7 days.
Our experienced medico-legal transcriptionists have typing speeds average greater than 90+ words-per-minute, depending on quality of audio recording or written work. For general audio transcription, written transcription, our professional typist speed is 65+ wpm.
GST of 10% is included in the above hourly rates.
